Buyers Representative




Sellers Representative

As a seller representative, my main duty is to act as an advocate for the seller in a real estate transaction. This includes:

  • Assessing the seller's property and providing a market analysis to determine the best listing price
  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to promote the property to potential buyers
  • Showing the property to prospective buyers and providing information about the property and the surrounding area
  • Negotiating with buyers or their agents to secure the best possible price and terms for the seller
  • Advising the seller on the sale process and coordinating with other professionals involved in the transaction, such as home inspectors and attorneys
  • Representing the seller's best interests throughout the transaction and after the sale has closed
  • In summary, my role is to act as the seller's trusted advisor and guide them through the process of selling their property, ensuring that the property is marketed effectively, that the seller gets the best deal possible, and that the process is as stress-free as possible.   ï»¿
